Advice needed on helmet camera

Ok i know this is the place where i can get some good help and advice so here goes i am looking for a good but simple helmet or handlebar video camera. Next it must have good battery life or a way to extend the battery life as i out on my bike about 3 to 4 hours every couple days. Also easy to download onto my laptop running windows vista. And the video quality has to be good so that it would stand up as evidence in court if i had a
R T A. My price bracket is £250.

I had the previous version, i'm not sure i ever ran a battery flat in one go, they seemed to last in excess of three hours.
