Change the controller and the LCD for better ones, then you will be master of your own destiny.

There is no need to change the display. Increased cut-off speed, better accelaration and removal of the 25 -> 20 kph flat spot are all achievable at much less cost than fitting a new display. I have sent you a pm about this.

I have an NCM C7 and would like better acceleration and removal of the 25->20kph flat spot. Increased cut-off speed would be nice to. Will you please sent me the way to achieve this? Thank you a lot!

Sorry the fix is applicable only to an earlier generation of NCM bikes
