Another which bike thread

It's been a while since I posted on the forum but having got a bit more familiar with the sometimes obscure world of electric bikes. I think that it's time I stepped up to a full size bike (although have decided to keep my electric Dahon folder). The question is what bike? My criteria are:

1. Right size frame (I'm 5ft 8ins). Preferably a traditional gents frame.
2. Must be a reasonable hill climber. I am a reasonably strong cyclist, so can do some of the work.
3. 36 as compared to 24 volt.
4. Freewheel, so there is minimal motor drag.
7. Must have a pure pedelec option i.e. independent of throttle control. I don't mind having a throttle as well but don't want to be dependent on the throttle for power (this rules out the new powabyke in one go).
5. Range of at least 20 miles
6. Under 25 kilos with battery
7. The cruncher is that the price has to under £1000.

Although there are any number of electric bikes out there & they seem to increasing daily, I can't see any that fits the criteria. I don't think I'm being unreasonable. Having used electric bikes now for over a year, I have got a much better idea of what I'm looking for. The question is does such a bike exist?

Thanks Bigbee. I have had a look at the powabyke which I understand uses the thottle even when in pedelec mode. Not sure about the Urban Mover range till they come out. I had a look at the website but they still seem to be the 2008 models. Wisper a possibility but would need to be the eco model under a £1000. Have to say that the new Wisper folder has whetted my appetite again in folding bikes after I had just about given up hope of one ever being made which looks good, with pedelec function, has sufficient power & a decent gear range. Maybe wait now until Wisper market them (along with a lot of other people, I guess).
