Attempted bike theft

What I found interesting about this one is it looked like the guy had removed the saddle from another nearby bike and was using the tube like a torniquet to break the lock, but it didn't give, luckily for the owner.

Shame some one did not knock him down sit on him and call the Police .

What an idiotic stupid way to try break the lock , he looks like the type of young men who are invading on the boats London is swamped with them .

So Sad those kids losing losing there lives in the Channel yesterday every adult including the ones pretending to be kids should be charged with Man slaughter by child endangerment.

And they should charge every adult who gets into a boat with a child and sets off into the Cannel with Child Endangerment then all the ones who lie about their age can get the other ones arrested.
