B-H Emotion Sport electric bike. In Newquay Cornwall.

I am very reluctantly selling my B-H Emotion Sport electric bike, frame size 20 inches 49cm, 12 amp battery and charger, which I purchased new for £1700 in March 2011. It is in a beautiful, nearly as-new condition and has only done 1350 miles. The battery has been meticulously maintained, beening kept fully charged at all times, so it still has plenty of life in it yet.
This bike uses the famous Panasonic Pedal Assist System which assist your paddling in three selectable settings, low, medium, high.
This bike is not to be confused with the run-of-the-mill heavy clunking electric bikes because this bike it is lightweight, fast, and a joy to ride. Carbon forks, special hand grips make it comfortable to ride.
Also included are several bits and pieces such as instructions book, pump, lock, etc etc. Selling all for £849.

Look at how much I got for mine. Under 500!
It will be assumed that the battery has no real life left.
Then it's how much for a new one?
The retail value is way beneath the ride and quality of the bike.
They are great easy riding bikes but there is little demand when a new bike can be had for under £600.

Contrary to your pessimistic views on the value of this bike, that it was worth less than £500, you might be interested to know that I sold it on Ebay for £625. Pity you sold yours so cheaply

I can't give you a link to my ebay listing as I don't want to upset them. Selling off Ebay is not allowed.
I advertised my bike on ebay but didn't sell it. No bidders. A few days after the ending of the listing someone phoned me up, came to look at it and purchased it. Paying cash. He was very happy with it and thought it was a bargain.
