bad back anyone?

well my back is at last much better! probably because of our being stuck out here, when we should have been home over a week ago. average temps must be 37 C so what with swimming and a few massages and the heat the pain has ebbed away and feeling nearly normal!

at least we are stuck somewehere cheap, a friend of my wifes is in new york and it is very expensive there....
