Hi all i found out what was the issue with my bafang 1000w mid drive it was the nylon gear when my friend took it apart he found out it was the nylon gear was stripped but i know there a different versions of bafang nylon gear can any one identify which one i have here is a picture

The BBS01 and BBS02 both changed, but I don't believe the BBSHD did, so all BBSHD ones should be correct. Luna make a steel one if you want to avoid the problem in the future.

I heard the steel one is very load and thanks for confirming that it is BBSHD
