Batribike Quartz 2011 Battery replacement?

Hi, I have a beautiful (like new) 2016 Batribike Quartz, one previous owner that has a 36v 10ah rear carrier mounted battery with rear wheel drive, I wish to obtain a replacement battery for it or the appropriate cells to suit, I would be grateful if a knowledgeable person could steer me in the right direction for help,
I understand from BB that because the model is outdated spares including batteries are no longer stocked but that it should be possible to fit the case with new cells.

If you need a re -cell contact Jimmy @ BGA Reworking in Bounds Green, N London. Use the forum search function and his name will pop up many, many times. He will upgrade with better 10a rated cells and most likely more ah/wh far cheaper then most mediocre batteries cost.
