Hi. Recently bought a secondhand IZIP CB 26 mainly because of chest trouble, emphysema. The power only lit one LED so I expected top buy new batteries. Bought 2 sets but the new ones did not show any increase in power. Bike does not seem to have much pull or top speed. Could someone tell me if I'm looking at a new controller and where I could get one please.
