Has anyone used this BesTech D178 Shunting BMS in a build?

I would ideally like to parallel an LED with each shunting res, this is to show when all cell groups are shunting. (this inspired by Ping batts & the Mini BMS system used on some cars) Hence they are charged & if one will not shunt then that parallel group of cells is a starting point. I make each res 61 ohm with a tolerance of 1%
The LED's would be on a separate PCB 'daughterbord' wired in parallel with each shunt res??
If this is impractical I do have some little Li supervision boards that read out each cell voltage in turn, on an RC plug, as it is said to be important to keep a check on if a bms is actually working.

I am planning a tagged 18650 build as these are available in Europe at a good price, dreaded duty paid & no air shipping problems. I am going for a rebuildable design so it can easily be re celled in future. My goal is a low cost build that anyone can use. I would go with pouch cells if there was a more local source but alas not. I did build a pack with these (Li Po4) & a smart BMS
I see P- & B- on the D178 but no Charger - , Along with what I take to be a common +. The smart BMS had a Ch -. ( I followed the pdf from bmsbatts.com to the letter on the last build, & all went well) so this worries me a bit
