Yesterday I had a call from the owner of a Mk2 eZee Torq which had an intermittent fault.
I went through all the usual possible things that cause such a fault including checking the diagnostic LED on the controller and suggested that he tried a couple of things.
Last night he sent me an email to say the problem was fixed
What I had not thought of has a picture hook sticking to the magnet disc and interfering with the pedelec sensor
