No offence is meant cwah but couldn't you fit any noisy work within those times ?

They seem reasonable enough in an apartment situation ?

Appreciate if you do odd hours shifts then it could be a pain but I think it's probably something you'll have to live with

Unless you can find another place to work on your bike maybe ?

In any event it is not something you need to respond to formally if that was your concern ?

I work monday to friday from 9 to 6pm. So if I follow these shift the only time I can work on the bike would be on the saturday morning... where my flatemates would be sleeping after friday's party :(

i live in central london, space is a premium and if I had this space I would indeed use it :/

Blimey Cwah, What type of noise can you make tinkering with a bike that will cause disturbance !!! Your letter is aimed at those diyers who like to take their homes a part not the odd tinkering of a bike with a few allen keys and spanners. However may affect you when your trying to crack open your hub motor!!

Are you sure this is specifically addressed to you?
It seems to be a generic letter, maybe sent to all the residents as a general warning.
