Bosch Intuvia help

I have a bosch intuvia that shows 3 bars on its internal battery when on USB mains charging and when I first plug the usb in - it wakes up and all the settings and controls works, but after I shut it down - it wont power up - any ideas?

I am using my spare now but I want to fix this asap

the batt inside the display needs replacing but you have to take it apart to get to it and solder a new one on.

Hi Headshock, did you ever resolve this issue and how? I now have exactly the same problem, the Intuvia powers up with the battery switch but not with it's own. With the battery pack removed, the Intuvia battery shows fully charged after USB mains charging. Seems odd that replacement of it's fully charged internal battery will solve the problem but hope you or someone can confirm that this is the solution. If not, what else could I try? Thanks
