Have you thought of running two SES sprockets along with two front sprockets?

is there even a option for that ? as it really does not need to move much i just want a bearing that wont start making noise after 3 months.

if a ti or full ceramic bearing will do and last 2 years i dont mind spending 20 quid on it tho on some sites that white thing is 70 quid !

you have to be extremely careful fitting full ceramic bearings,
they are very delicate, certainly a socket&hammer would not be suitable,
full ceramic bearings should be press fitted onto application

Personally, i wouldn't bother with ceramic bearings. I tied them in a hub on a Cannondale and they lasted no longer and felt no different.

full ceramic bearings, nearly 4 times price of standard and a total waste of money. Don't bother, just saying it's mostly hype ref ceramic imho
