I need to replace the battery but have no idea where to start.
It is a Dolphin Atlas battery case or 09 case, it is a generic type two wire connection.
If 36v then one needs a 36v model , if 48v one needs a 48v model.
The battery in question has the integrated controller at the base of the holder , these batteries were common 7 - 10 years ago but not so today.
Most likely one may find a 48v one but 36v may be harder.
One can use a different generic two wire battery of the same voltage , if it fits within the space.
One would have to do some wire soldering to connect the new controller and battery as the set up is integrated.
I saw bare cases available for £20 - £30 and didn't look at the offer close enough as for £200 I would expect it to be a finished item.
As with anything we link to it is up to one to dyor before buying.
BMSBattery still list those batteries, though they appear to be out of stock. They can probably still get them so send them a message or ask them for a price Inc. shipping.
