The USA has to help Israel regardless of circumstances, who is POTUS and who is Israel 's PM. However, Trump is too lazy to think long term or moderation. As I've said before, Trump is the US's Boris Johnson. Both have the same insane but unshakeable belief in themselves, so don't care about outcomes since they can never be their fault.
Yes, MAGA will desert Trump at present, but they've been stupid enough to make him POTUS a second time. Is that the limit of their stupidity and gullibility? I think not.

What amazes me is how easy it is for Trump to sell cheap money.
Since 2008, the USA and most of the world are hooked on very low interest rates. Corporates have used the opportunity to push up prices and profits. The poor usually does not get anything other than a bigger mortage and student loans. After covid, rates had to go up. Who is going to pay the price?

Almost all of us will through a continuously falling standard of living. A component of that will be the ill effects of mass migration subtracting from existing population's standards.
Social engineering will play a big part as changes are forced upon us, such as the reductions in car ownership and usage, and ever reducing living accommodation.
In short, it will all be so gradual that it will have happened before any real protest can stop it. Indeed, much of it has already happened.
