I guess if its got a throttle then the answer is yes. If it dont then the answer is no? or probably not ...

The presence of throttle has no bearing on the type of motor fitted!

Hi If the main wire from the motor only has 3 wire it is sensor less if it has 3 thick wires and 5 thin it has sensors

The early ones use brushed motors so don't use hall sensors. The latest ones are brushless so use hall sensors. As Frank says the difference can be seen by looking at how many thick cables go to the wheel- 2 for brushed, 3 for brushless and smaller wires for the hall sensors. (Some brushless motors have controllers that don't need the hall's now, such as the newer Infineon controllers). Also the newer brushless motor looks smaller than the brushed ones were.
