Can I get my Urban Mover battery re-celled?

Hi Folks. First time on here. I have an Urban Mover E30 and the battery has just gone awol. It says 'e-bike Li-ion 24v 9000mAh/216Wh on the base'. I've been told that someone out there might be able to re-cell it for me. Any help pointing me in the right direction or offers gratefully received.

Give Jimmy a call (from the above link). He'll talk you through the options and make the arrangements. You should end up with a battery that's a lot better (more capacity, life and power) than when it was new.
