Canvas and velcro chain stay protector

Hi,
I have noticed that some of the KTM Macina Lycon pictures on-line show a canvas chain stay protector with the KTM logo emblazoned.

Do these come with the bike or are they an additioanl purchase?

If they are an additional item then where would I get one?
