Help! Carrera cross fire E replacement spokes

Has anyone has or had the displeasure of owning a Carrera crossfire e bike from Halfords I am really regretting now as the after sale service is terrible and that's putting it politely.
Anyway I brought the bike in April and the service plan with the bike as I wouldn't know how to repair or fix the bike unfortunately a spoke has now broken on the rear and I need now to replace it does anyone know where I can buy one from other than Halfords please. To cut along story short I tried to order one from Halfords and was told it would take 2 -3 days it hasn't and now I have to wait another 5 days staff are rude and patronising complaint has been made my rant is over!!!

Spokes are standard parts. You can buy then from any spoke supplier of which there are loads on Ebay. To order, you need to know the diameter (2mm or 2.3mm, which is 14g or 13g) and the length from the end of the thread to the middle of the elbow at the nipple end, which you can measure on your broken spoke. If the thread is broken off, measure another spoke from the elbow to where it reaches the rim.
