Hi all so I was lookin at my manual and it states you can wire lights directly to the the ecu. I popped the cover off to see what wires was there but not in use I have 2 wires with a (as we call the chocolate box connection) to attach wire to so am am guessing this would be for the lights there is a another connection with 4 wires I can only think this is for a thumb throttle? I looked around for 4 wire thumb control but can not find any online. Has anyone done this before?

The 4-wire one is probably a programming cable. The other two look like they're for front and rear lights. measure each wire from ground with the light switch on to see what to connect to them. According to the manual, it's 6v and 3w. You have to be very careful not to overload it.
