Which one do you have? You can add a throttle to any bike. It's a question of whether you have the skills, inclination and how much you want to spend. Do you know about the legal implications of fitting an independent throttle? Have you read the "more seizures" thread?
February 22Feb 22 HI THE best thing to do with the old Vulcan bikes assuming it is the 2019 ish years ? Is renew everything with a kit except the rear motor , they seem to work well with 15 to 17amp controller . Then a throttle is easy but you have to get a Single vehicle approval from DVLA and you can only legally have a 15 MPH throttle with a 250 W motor, there are many many posts on here about that this subject
