Cheap rim for hub

Trying to find a uk site if possible for cheap double wall rim as looking to order just a hub motor from china. Any suggestions appreciated.

Sorry £25 or less. I haven't purchased the bike for my mrs yet but the one she is looking at are 26" or 28". 36h and black to match hub motor.

Appologies wasn't meaning to waste anyones time just thought that someone may know of a website that sold rims cheap and from there i could select the size, colour etc on the website.
