Hi. Had a powerbyke years ago and it was fine except something went wrong and could not get it repaired. Now bought IZIP secondhand (two drycell 12v12A) but have problem with that. would welcome advice. Battery indicator shows only one LED. Replaced batteries but same problem. Any help or advice for parts would be greatly appreciated. Was buying new but wife needed two hips and list was about 9 months so that came first. would like to get this bike working due to my bad chest.

If it were me I start withe batteries and work from there. Are they new batteries ? In any event can you/have you tested them after charging to see if they are functioning correctly (with an electricla test meter). If they are not holding charge then they are your issue. If they are holding charge then move on. Does the bike work ? Are you able to get much/any mileage out of it

Hi, KirstinS. Yes bought 4 new batteries as starting point. They are putting out 24v from each pack. bike working ok but not putting out the power I'd expect. Have not done more than 2 miles on it incase I duffed the new batteries. Really only going on the LED light with one lit not four. Wondered if it was controller but cannot find supplier of IZIP parts in UK. Grateful for any help.
