Managed to get a few trips to work in on my Wisper now and really enjoying it.
Maybe slightly OT, but I'm using Motion X GPS for my iphone, works beautifully, even if I do look like inspector gadget with the iphone mounted to the handlebars (according to the wife
)
Heres a link that the software gives you to a google maps version, I'm sure I'll be able to get it under an hour soon, although have to be a little careful on the narrow tracks and blind bends around Ferry Meadows. Still exploring routes though, seems to be dozens of variations to try, all within a mile or so of the total 17.6 miles.
I also just wanted to mention the Wisper, I'm really pleased with it, certainly has the range, power, looks and speed that I hoped, only downside is that I've had quite a few 'teething' issues and because I bought it mail order it was difficult to get resolved by the shop. Much praise to David and Norman at Wisper though, they talked me through and sent out parts to get it sorted.
Will post full review soon..
