Contacting 50Cycles by email

Does anyone have a 'proper' email address for 50Cycles?

I posted a question via their website form a month ago and got an acknowledgement later that evening from a Jim Morris via the workshop email account. In that he said the workshop would reply in due course.

2 weeks later, I still had no reply so I sent a follow-up email to the workshop account. It is now a month later and I have not yet had a reply.

As this relates to the problems I have had with my Kalkhoff Groove F8 (which is sitting in my back garden needing repairs) I am seriously concerned with their reliability ever since 50Cycles has refused to supply my local dealer with spares.

Give them a call, I would. If an (important) email with any supplier goes more than a few days without reply, switch to a more immediate form of communication.
