Courier service

I thought I would let everyone know about a superb courier who delivered my German Wisper 905se today. I bought it used on eBay and it's one of Aldby's bikes from last Xmas with about 2 miles use. In fact it looks brand-new.

I could not face the drive to St Albans from near Hull, 398 miles round trip. I used a courier who advertised on eBay with a classified ad. He picked the bike up three days after I phoned him, bubble wrapped it and transported it all the way to me. He kept me informed as to his progress through the fog and arrived a mere 30 mins after his first estimate. He also liaised with the seller regarding pickup and he was polite, extremely careful with the bike and a pleasure to deal with. I was the only collection and delivery on his trip today. And he did it for £70... and gave me a receipt. Personally, I found this amazing. It would have cost me £50 in diesel to do it myself.

If anyone would like his details, he has asked me to pass them on. It certainly made things so easy for me and was worth every penny.

Now... the Wisper 905se... I've just been out on it in the freezing cold.. couldn't resist it. Report to follow but I will say this... it's hugely improved on my old 905e...

I was very pleased indeed with him. I'll be going out on the new Wisper tomorrow if it's not minus 7 like now....

By the way, how will the UK Wisper differ from the German ones then??
