I think about replacing my BionX motor on my Leiba Classic bike (Leiba - min kabine cykel) with the 405rear motor from Crystalite.
Right now I have a disk brake on the BionX motor, and would like to have it on my new motor as well. I have asked the Crystalite folks about this matter and get the following answer
"We have motorcovers for disc brakes on stock. But the problem with your motor is the axle dropout, its to small to fit a discbrake. if you ad some adapter rings its possible to fit. But it's not plug and play, you need to fix it by yourself."
Have any of you tried this operation?
Is it simple or should I rather wait for the 405rear disc motor that will be available at the end of the year?
