Hi
Just bought 2 second hand eMate city bikes - fantastic
Just tried to charge them, one charger fine other one just makes a clicking noise no fan or lights
Swapped leads , just same
Could there be a built in fuse?
Took it apart and one is not obvious
Thank you

If it's clicking, it's not the fuse and it's probably beyond home repair. It could be a short in the output lead, so you could try cutting one of the two wires near to where they're soldered to the PCB. If the clicking stops, then you can probably fix it with a new lead and connector.
