does the moter cut out if you peddle in throttle mode

hello all my vita uno/kudos has a thumb throttle and can be used to assist from standstill to about 4mph?
I have just bought a ebike kit which has full speed throttle (purchased late dec before new laws)

while I know in pas mode moter will cut out over 15.6mph, if using the throttle and I start to peddle as well what actually happens if I go over 15.6mph?

does peddling have any effect at all, functions are set via kt lcd3 so more options than my existing led unit.

have not installed kit as yet so just wondering about the throttle options.

All those parameters are set in "hidden" P and C parameters which are detailed (in Chinglish) in the pdf file you can find on-line.
