I subscribe to Julian IIlett's channel on YouTube because of his 100's of videos on electronic components
and tutorials.
I found this one HERE where he is upgrading his battery to LiPo - its is over 5 videos ( so far!!) as he is still working on it.
I am sure it would be encouraging to forum members who are hovering on the brink of upgrading or fettling there bike.
Perhaps there are forum members who could do something similar and show their expertise in ebike related things.???

I like the way he is charging his battery from a solar panel, something I would like to look at in the future.

His cells are LiFePO4, not Lipo. I can't understand why he doesn't use a a conventional 8S LiFePO4 BMS to look after his battery, then he could use an adjustable MPPT solar charger to charge it that you can get fom Aliexpress for not a lot.
