if the Chinese dude doesn't crash and is really doing 50 on a Singapore highway he will get in big trouble, limit is 25km/h thereand by law you're supposed to wear a helmet (not for normal push bikes)

I was gonna put a link to the rules but it was from LTA (Singapore equivalent of VOSA) and the way referrers work (leading straight back to this thread) it would be tantamount of dobbing him so I won't .

I posted one the other week, American chap, 3000 watt front motor, and a small suitcase with the battery on the rack....70mph I cant find it now
