E-bike without battey

Is there anywhere I can buy a new Pendleton e-bike without battery. My wife’s ebike is pretty rusted and clunky after years of neglect but battery working fine. Is there anywhere that sells e-bikes without the battery?

Here's some sort of Pendleton ebike in Wales for £100. "Needs a new battery". Gumtree's full of dead and dying ebikes, keep searching regularly until the model you need turns up. Searching for "Electric bike" yields more results than "Ebike" on Gumtree, though search using that term too.
