For a month I have been having trouble contacting Cyclepoint - using 01273 672555 and/or info@cyclepoint.net.
I have left countless messages - but no response.
Can anyone help?

About 6 weeks ago I ordered from Cyclepoint and they sent me a new controller that fits on the RH handlebar for £30.
When received I found that it is for the wrong model of Eeeze 7 i.e the supplied connection to left hand side has a 5 pin plug whereas as the installed one needs a 3 pin plug.
Help!
As a consumer, I want my money back - will approach my CC company!

Hope you have fixed that throttle problem with Onbike, and they swap the right one for you, if still a problem write to me direct ezeebike@gmail.com
