The frame twists about a foot from the steering head to turn the back half upside down so that the frame wraps around the front wheel, then the rear arm flips to bring the back wheel over the front one. It seems complicated for what it is., but with a bit of development could be good.

I don't really think it looks particularly special. Reminds me of the Gocycle. I'm not sure shaft drive is a great idea either, it's nowhere near as efficient, for cleanliness I think belt drive would be a better option as it remains very efficient. The weight sounds good, almost too good to be true...
