Hi

I don't know whether to insure my trike or not.

I've found a company online called 'CycleGuard' who will cover my three wheeler for £41.00 a year with no excess, new for old cover, or £55.00 a year with a recovery service (insured value £625)

How does this compare with your cover? (if you have it :))
Is it a fair price and cover?

Tara

p.s
I'll post screenshots below of the cover and policy wording

You might be able to get suitable insurance by contacting your home insurance provider.

My home insurance cover cost £15 for up to £1500 for the bikes in total, with separate cover for Personal Liability which I think is worth while in the present times.

Just phoned Barclays (my home insurers) and they have added the bike, and for a higher value, on a new for old policy for free, and also have realised they owe me £36.00 for an overpayment. My cover is only £64.00 for the year anyway, so yay, I'm a happy bunny!

I renewed my home insurance today. I added my bike and the premium went up by £10.59 which I thought wasn't bad.
