Electro bike mark 3 by asbikes-folding?!,

Hello.I have the above bike and can't get it to fold?!!
I have removed the screw bolt but it doesn't seem to be yielding to pressure

Sorry I didn't specify that on this thread, however I've now got some help with that and as well as opening the bolt you have to " lift" it so problem. Ow sorted but thanks for your input,
