OK, so you have decided that an electric bike is for you, great.
You have probably read loads of reviews, maybe test ridden a few and drawn up a short list of what meets your needs and budget, that's good.
Next, where do you buy from?
Online/mail order or a shop, the former is more often than not cheaper, whereas, when buying from a shop, you can see exactly what you are getting and see who is selling it.
So, you have made that decision.
Now, do you go to the big boys who can supply a wide selection of bikes to choose from, or are you more inclined to choose a low volume specialist who can provide a more personal, friendly and bespoke service?
Does image and personality of the manufacturer/supplier have a significant influence on your choice?
