From 26 to 29er

Hi all
I was planning to replace my swxh to cst (both have same rating 250w possibly 201rpm, top speed 18mph on 26 inch) but I am tempted to get a new 29er bike with this new motor on.

If I use this motor cst 250w 201rpm on 29er, how much speed will gain from it?

I would guess top speed 21 or 22mph,but steep hill climbing will be harder.

Thanks. I believe for hill Climbing Bafang CST should be powerful enough even it is a bit fast wind on 29er.
