I have used Garmin sat nav since 2000 and like them very much. now this dedicated unit for bikes with a heart monitor as well!

In fact they do quite a range, but seem somewhat overpriced to me, seeing as you can buy a Nuvi 205 on Amazon for c.£60. Though primarily designed for use in a car, it does have an option for cycling - might need a waterproof case though
