giant twist freedom

I am new to the forum and was thinking of buying a giant twist freedom lite but don't know what size to buy I am 5'7" and 29" inside leg
could anyone please tell me what size I should be looking for

The Giant Twist Freedom CS Lite comes in Ladies and Gents models.
Ladies models come in Small and Medium while Gents are Medium and Large.
I would suggest if it is Gents you are looking to buy it would be a Medium.
