Gtech problem

Help!! I have a 3 year old Gtech e bike which hasn't done much mileage. Just after the warranty ran out it started to cut off in the middle of cycling.The light on the battery would turn red after a couple of miles but would be green again when I got home . I have bought a new charger and a new battery and it is still cutting out. None of the local bike shops know anything about Gtech bikes and the nearest Cycle republic repair shop is a hundred miles away.I have been unable to use it at all this year and I have spent £360 to no avail.

Make sure that the motor connector under the chainstay is pushed in all the way to the line.
