Hi Nice bike! Can I ask a few questions please
What’s your height and inside leg?
How old is it?
Is the guarantee transferable?
What’s your postcode please?
Many thanks
John

Haibike state that their statutory liability for material defects applies to the entire bicycle for two years. Excluded from this are wear and tear parts.
Owners can get more information about the wear and tear parts in their Haibike manual (see below).
The first owner gets 5 years manufacturer’s warranty on the frame starting on the purchase day.
https://www.haibike.com/en/INT/service#about

My Haibike manual refers to warranty on page 96.

With the online version, see page 157:
https://winora-group.com/manuals/2018/01_WINORA GROUP/195922_Winora_BDA_Online_EN_Kopierschutz.pdf

I suggest you contact a Haibike dealer about the transferability of warranty to a second owner.

I have just spoken to my Haibike dealer and he told me that the Haibike warranty is not normally transferable to a second owner.

Despite this and on the basis of the excellent quality of my own Haibike Sduro FullSeven 3.0, I would advise anybody interested in anda1961's Sduro not to hang about.

This review contains the quote:
“Overall, there's no doubting the quality of the Haibike Sduro”.
