I had a motor delivered off them a couple of weeks ago F-u-L.

Agree with the hit'n'miss comms and it can sometimes take a few days to get a response...I've a mobile number for them somewhere, if I can find it I'll message you with it (don't want to put it on open forum if they don't advertise it).

It seems daft. If your one and only advertised means of communication is e-mail and the business is solely internet based, then surely it's beneficial to respond promptly

I have bought from them before and I remember comms being flaky way back then

It can be very frustrating getting a response from them, but I persevere as their prices are the best I've found for BBS motors and I've had great service from them otherwise
