Afternoon all, I'm Paul, and I'm looking at entering the E-Bike world, purely because, I don't drive, and i'm sick of relying on public transport. For anything I need to do, it's either 5 miles one way, to check on my grandad, or 5 miles the other way, to go into my local city, Newport, so an e-bike would be perfect. I was riding a regular bike, but was having real bad problems with my knees, which turned out to be arthritis in both, and the left muscle isn't too great either, so after a few days research it brought me to the shop first, and then here. I look forward to learning from you all.

Welcome Paul. I nearly bought a place in Caldecott. It's easy to visit Bristol from you, there are several bike shops you can visit and test ride there.
And cycle home on your new bike too.
Remember the golden rules test ride, test ride and test ride.
Apart from that test riding is good.

Hi there mate, yep Caldicot is my Hometown, and where my family still live, i'm currently in Magor, right in the middle between Caldicot and Newport. preferably I'm looking for a kit mate, I'd rather know all the ins and outs, whilst building it, incase something ever goes wrong, I'll have an idea of where to start. Plus price is a big factor.

Slightly off topic, I have the same trouble and tried a product called Flexiseq with miraculous results. It's very expensive for a small tube but available on Amazon a bit cheaper. I used as prescribed for the first tube then just a top up application every couple of weeks or so.

I felt a massive improvement after two days.
A couple of friends now use it, it may not work for everyone I guess but I would urge anyone with arthritis to give it a try.

Cheers mate, if I haven't already spent a fortune on different creams a straps i'd give it a go, the doc has basically told me to live with it. The only thing is exercise, so that's my next plan.

get a gram of home grown cheese and it will feel like its not even there uk law is just fkn stupid.

could prob sort some cbd in oil but will be very expensive as the way you have to extract it and the boom in the us now puts the price up even more as you need to breed the plants just for the cbd.

Hemp-based CBD oil has an obvious advantage over Charlotte’s Web: it’s legal almost everywhere. Hemp is inevitably a much less controversial subject than cannabis. It is easy to buy hemp-based CBD oil from the internet and get it sent to your door. But the current legal restrictions mean that Charlotte’s Web can be higher in CBD and higher in THC than oils such as Love CBD.

Of course for those of us who live in places without medical cannabis, hemp-based CBD oils are currently our only option. And so it’s good to know that a form of therapeutic cannabis is available to us. But that doesn’t mean we should be complacent, or accepting of the situation. We must hassle our politicians into changing these unjust laws, and by doing so will give us access to CBD at any strength, and from cannabis as well as hemp.
