HELP!

I bought an electric bike real cheap because it wasn't running thinking I could fix it myself. I don't have any info on it except that it is german made. And that is not from a reliable source. The tag on the bottom is in a foreign language that I can't read, except for the serial number. How do I find out everything I need to know to fix it, and get parts if necessary?

A good photo or 2 of the bike and one of the tag would be a good start.
Just upload the photo's to something like imgur or flickr etc. and link the to your next post.
