having just acquired a new Wisper 906 Alpino I am becoming very interested in the pedelec world and would like to keep current on news and issues as well as hopefully being able to be of some help with issues being experienced by others over time. I have always been a keen cyclist and am able to repair most conventional bike problems. The Wisper joins a stable of bikes and will be primarily used to replace short car journeys up yo 18 miles each way.
