how do you switch between ts and speed sensor modes on wisper?

new local dealer has a wisper not sure of exact model but top of the range with 570watt battery, I mentioned that there was a function to swap between torque mode and speed mode but do not know how this is done ,
I was offered a demo but want to try both modes.
looking on amps site there are pdf manuals but cant find any mention of this function.
can anyone point me in the direction of correct manual for the (torquemodel)

Hi Footpump!

On the LCD Assist levels 1 to 4 are Torque settings, click past four to F, that will turn the torque sensor off and the bike will run on speed sensor alone.
