How Old Is My Powacycle ?

Trying to establish how old my Powacycle Salisbury actually is, there is a number stamped on the frame, at the front, just above front forks , it is as follows, LCGF000081, does that mean anything to anyone ?..........Del.

I have an old frame here which I use for a hub stand and I believe its an old one.

Mmhhh, those letters and numbers must mean something.....but what ??......Del.

Next time I talk to tech support will ask him, I should really take the numbers of all them I see.
