How to non-destructively DISABLE the throttle on a Fiido D2S?

Hey guys, weird question. I'd like to semi permanently disable the throttle to only use the PAS on my Fiido D2S, preferably by disconnecting some connecter, but cutting a wire isn't out of the question.

Anyone know any good ways to do this?

Trace the wire back to the motor controller and disconnect the connector.
